Excellent work in the classes all around yesterday. Daily Challenges and Boot Camps were excellent all day long, with people truly embracing the goals of each workout. I love when we have large classes with camaraderie high and that’s exactly what we had all day yesterday.

Today’s Daily Challenge has four complexes. Similar to how our Olympic Complex was deadlift -> hang clean -> front squat -> push press, however these exercises are all different and mostly body weight to compliment yesterday’s heavier day.
