Here’s a quick n’ dirty snapshot of what to expect in your first workout.

You have two easy options to get started at P360.

OPTION 1: TRY A CLASS

What to Expect with your first class:

Arrival

After you arrive 10 minutes early you’ll be greeted by a friendly Coach, fill out some quick 30 second info, and hang out near the whiteboard for your coach to start the walkthrough.

The Walkthrough

Next, your Coach will perform a 5-minute presentation of the workout, demo the movements, and explain the format.

The Warm Up

After you gather your equipment, you’ll follow a Coach-lead warm-up to prepare you for the workout.

The Workout

You’ll perform the workout at your own pace with frequent Coach check-ins. If you’re brand new, we have plenty of modifications so it’s “just right.”

We LOVE beginners. No bad habits to break! We have over a decade of experience training folks that are brand new just like yourself. Everything here is modified to need and scaled to ability.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE A BEGINNER'S CLASS?

You do not. Our coaches are all highly personable to make you feel at home and the workout is scaled and adaptable for any need, meaning you can join our membership classes with no anxiety.

Additionally, we do not charge an enrollment fee or any other form of nickel and diming you. What you see is what you get.
