JUNE MEMBERS OF THE MONTH
We’re back with another edition of Performance360 Members of the Month.
As always, the member of the month award is decided by our coaches getting together and nominating who stood out to us each in the areas of attitude, effort and performance. We take pride in our votes and take the handing out of member of the month quite seriously. To win it means an individual stood out above hundreds of other hard working folks and is truly deserving of the honor.
First, some individual shouts from our staff.
Coach Julianne: Jessika Malone. “She is eager to learn and has a quiet fire about her.”
Coach Brenna: Devon Millager. “Always shows up with positive energy ready to get better.”
Coach Dave: Ryan Booth. “Pretty sure he genuinely enjoys IWT challenges.”
Coach Chris: Ashley Francis. “She makes an effort to motivate those around her.”
Coach Pritz: Steve Stavrou. “Busts his ass at 6am and always has a smile on his face.”
Coach Will: Kat Shaw. “She asks awesome questions in the walk throughs and in class.”
Coach Lenny: Chris Boyd. “Humble hard worker, always has a purpose.”
Coach Matt: Tanner Johnson. “Quietly goes about his business very hard, sneaky very good on the rower.”
NOAH COSBY
Noah has always been one of our top performing members, regularly topping the leaderboard for challenges and excelling in strength for his body weight. However, over the past few months, Noah has noticeably been making an increased effort above and beyond his capabilities when it comes to coaching and seeking advice. He’s applying some new lifts to build his strength, asking great questions and relying on coaching to help further his results. His overall natural athleticism and work ethic have combined with improved coachability and we’re incredibly excited to see where he takes his physical ability.
In addition, Noah hit a 280# Clean & Jerk and 365# 2R Back Squat during June.

What do you do for work?
VP of Sales for FortuneBuilders, INC
What do you do for fun?
As crazy as it may sound, one of the best parts of my day is going to the gym. I really love the people and the challenge every day. When I’m not at work or at the gym I focus on my family life. I have 2 daughters so Disney princess games have become a regular part of my routine. When I need to relax and recharge, my wife and I will take overnight trips on the weekends and leave the kids with my parents. I’ve been taking piano lessons for a few years and that’s been a small creative outlet for me. If I can squeeze it in between Frozen and the Little Mermaid, I’ll also play a little golf.
Describe how Performance360 has affected your daily life.
P360 makes it easy for me to keep fitness in my weekly routine. I feel healthier than ever. I am getting better workouts in because I don’t have to think about what to do in the gym. I just have to show up. I’m a big fan of the evening classes because they create a buffer between work and home. I can clear my head and by the time I get home I don’t carry anything from work with me.
Favorite and least favorite exercise?
Favorite – Squats – I love squat days
Least Favorite – high rep KB swings
What’s the most valuable bit of coaching you’ve received at P360?

6th grade – skipping school with my girlfriend and planning to spend the day at my house. Didn’t realize when you don’t show up for school they call your parents. My mom was smart enough to ask if she was also absent. She sent a police officer to our house to get us. We tried hiding in the closet but he found us. Arrived at the school during recess so everyone got to see the cop car pull up and the police officer escort both of us inside.

Tabitha Turner
Tabitha has been pushing herself rather quietly, hitting L1 BB almost on accident. She is always quietly working hard no matter what the workout is, whether it’s a 5×5 strength or a high rep timed challenge. She is always working as hard as she can without complaint. Although quiet in class, Tabitha is incredibly coachable and has a fantastic attitude toward every single person.
