As always, the member of the month award is decided by our coaches getting together and nominating who stood out to us each in the areas of attitude, effort and performance. We take pride in our votes and take the handing out of member of the month quite seriously. To win it means an individual stood out above hundreds of other hard working folks and is truly deserving of the honor.
Runners Up
Brenna Bandy and Nick Roehr were the runners up for this month. Brenna hit Level 2 Barbell Club with her 255# deadlift and recorded the second fastest mile time for women at the gym ever, with 5:44. Nick is a constant staple in class and is one of the biggest pleasures to be around. His work ethic takes a backseat to no one and he is always one of the friendliest members. Nick is consistently coming cross the line in the top 3 at Time Trials class. Other nominations include Bri Hancy, Natasha Keitges, Rob Pagano, Amanda Rodgers, Justin Hancy, Monica Wolfe, MJ DeJonckhere, Jarred Collins and Tiffany Joey. Congratulations on your hard work, guys.
On to our male and female winners.
Shane Dooley
Shane is a favorite of the entire coaching staff as he shows up regularly, works his ass off with consistency, succeeds in a lot of areas and does so with a low key but committed attitude. He takes coaching extremely well and has a quiet work ethic about him that could very easily have one overlook him, only to see him come across timed challenges among the first every time. This past month, Shane hit a 425# deadlift, snatched the 40kg kettlebell, won nearly every Time Trials class and finished 3rd to Pritz and Noach in the 50 goblet squat + 800m run challenge. Further, Shane has done some fairly cool things and nice gestures behind the scenes making him a very easy selection for this month’s male representative.

What’s the most valuable bit of coaching you’ve received at P360?
It’s hard to pick single moment or instance but all of the coaches have pushed me beyond my limits of what I thought was physically possible.
What is your most proud achievement at P360 so far?
Receiving this nomination, pretty humbling to be selected with so many other great candidates at the gym.
What’s the hardest thing you’ve done physically at the gym?
There was a Time Trails workout a few weeks ago where we had to pull a sled for 800m x2, run the 800m two or three additional times and perform various exercises between each run (plate lunges, bw squats, etc.). I think it took a week to fully recover from that one.
If money was no concern, what would be your dream job?
Travel/adventure photographer or something where you get to see places in the world that very few others actually do.

John Elway and I’d think we would enjoy some good laughs over a few Coors Originals.
What’s a funny story from your childhood?
They used to give us a day off of school every year during the local Winter Carnival to build snow sculptures on Main Street. A group of my friends and I decided to sign up and carve out a cow on skis. In typical fashion, we managed to screw off all day and sometime around 2 pm we just had a large block snow so I started getting on my buddies to get with the program. One of my friends thought I was being a little too tough on him he and told me “You’re being like the manager of Taco Bell right now” and he nicknamed me Carl Fischer. Luckily I’ve never had to work at Taco Bell but I will probably be called Carl Fischer for the rest of my life.

Danielle Williams
Danielle has been a member of the gym for going on three years now and has transformed just as much mentally as she has physically. Danielle recently achieved the highest possible standard in the gym as she became the 43rd member of Club Forged, reserved for the highest percent of performance, work ethic and commitment. It is no small task and typically takes a year and a half on average to achieve. Danielle is always the first to ask a question during a walkthrough and has gone about her goal of Club Forged with noticeable dedication. She is very proud to have earned that and we are equally proud to feature her here today.
