In part two of Julianne’s hip series, she goes into what could be causing your lower back pain or tightness, in turn leading to that dulling feeling down your leg.  What is often confused as sciatica is likely a tight piriformis.  Back and leg pain or not, loosening this muscle is a very important daily function in keeping you limber and healthy, and better mobilizing you for training.
