Q&A

How old are you and where are you from?
I’m 34 and from Rohnert Park, California.

How long have you lived in San Diego and what brought you here?
I’ve been in San Diego almost 11 years now. I came down back in 2008 to get my MBA in Finance.

What do you hope to accomplish with your coaching?

I’m hoping I can be a positive influence on a member’s health and wellness journey. Whether that’s helping someone become more technically proficient in a lift, or helping someone do their first pull-up. Everyone has their own goals, and I’d love to help them reach them.

What are you most excited about coaching at Performance360?
I’m most excited about coaching the members. P360 has a fantastic community. They’re fun, hard working, and eager to learn.

What are your personal philosophies with fitness and nutrition?
Sustainability is key. Find a program and diet that you can adhere to and you should find long-term success. Try to find a balance that allows you to accomplish your goals but also have fun. That’s the best way I’ve found to avoid burnout.

What local food are you crushing and what are you ordering?
A poke bowl with extra avocado from any of the poke places around town (especially Poke Chop and Poki One N Half).
