Happy Friday you mullets.  As a reminder we have Surf n’ Turf SUP at 5:30 today.  It’s going to be really nice out and a great change of pace workout to come on it.  Megan is going to be leading it so let her kick your ass outside of the gym today.

Today’s workouts are going to pretty comprehensive and for those mud runners or people with really sore legs, you’ll have the option to swap lunges for hang cleans.

Essentially, you go 10 an 10, then 9 and 9, back and forth until you finish at 2 reps.  The only weird aspect is that sit-ups are times two.  And the bottom superset, it’s just one short jog.

Today’s Outdoor Challenge is an awesome workout.  Ropes, plyo boxes, oh my.
