Today’s workout is a bit different in that it’s going to feature a lot of exercises we put our athletes through during their training.  It’s a bit too fast paced to be a true sport-performance workout but we’re asking you to summon your inner athlete for this one today.  We all have athletic qualities, it’s part of our human make-up so today let’s turn ’em loose!

Today’s Surf n’ Turf is a really cool and an idea that we’ll be definitely be incorporating into the Daily Challenge classes.  Essentially, you have nine exercises and you get to pick the amount you do for reps, but once that rep count is selected you cannot do it again.  We’ll explain more in person but it’s “Survivor” style today.  You’ll only do an exercise one time through.
