We created our own nutrition system to help every one of our athletes reach their fitness and body composition goals.

360Nutrition is a comprehensive plan that involves education, tracking and accountability. We take a precise analysis of body fat, lean muscle and total weight because what gets measured gets managed.  And what gets managed gets improved.

“I decided to do 90 days of 360Nutrition full steam because I love to say, “challenge accepted” and I wanted to lose some substantial weight and I needed help doing it. I knew with the tracking system that was in place, and help from the coaches I would be more inspired and likely to stick to something than if I went at it alone. Not to mention it was good to see the support and message board from all of the other participants so that I knew I wasn’t the only one going at it, or in a bad mood from no longer being able eat processed junk!

I had gained a good amount of weight over the holidays and had also quit smoking cigarettes at the same time. Recipe for some weight gain. Needless to say I was a little “thicker” going into the challenge. I also knew basically nothing about nutrition. For example, I had no idea that there was such a thing as healthy carbs. In doing the challenge I found out that what I eat affects how I look and feel about 95% the rest is working out. Before I started tracking and watching what I put into my body, it didn’t really matter how much or how hard, I worked out.

In doing the challenge and following 360Nutrition, I found that the combination of making healthy choices and working out 3-5 days a week is a flawless plan to shred fat and tone and build lean muscle. For me, it worked and I’m so much more confident in how I look and feel!”

“Going into 360Nutrition, I was trying to break a cycle that I had fallen into the year prior with my boyfriend at the time.  I had gained a LOT of weight due to poor eating and inactivity.  I went from playing volleyball 2-4x/week, cooking at home most nights, and not really worrying about my actual weight, to not being able to fit into 90% of the clothes I owned.  But, the worst part was, the sadder I got about it the less I did to fix it.  When I started working out at P360, I was seeing a change, but I knew I needed a big push to really jump-start my return to a healthy lifestyle.  

I lacked confidence about the success I could achieve over 3 months, which seemed like an eternity, but I felt like it was now or never.  The initial weigh-in and “before” pictures were a cruel reality check that I definitely needed in order to force me out of denial at how bad things had gotten.  I had already owned a copy of the recipes for the first portion of the challenge, so I used them as a foundation along with the adherence to keeping my carbohydrates in check and removal of all added sugar, per the coaches sugggestions.  

It was definitely tough, but the more I did this, the less I craved the crap I had been eating before.  I decided to view the 90-Day Challenge on 360Nutrition as a long-term lifestyle change.  So, once I got past the first month of being very strict with my eating, I allowed myself to enjoy the occasional hoppy beverage to keep a balance.  I maintained the healthy eating habits for 85-90% of the challenge, always making sure that I never felt like I was “dieting”.  

Slowly, my clothes started feeling looser, and my co-workers started commenting about my weight loss.  I had no idea how much weight I had lost until the final weigh-in, but I knew that I felt like myself again.  I am so grateful that I did end up taking this challenge, and it has really transferred over to my daily life.  

I am still constantly getting compliments at work for my weight loss, and I couldn’t be happier.  I am back to playing volleyball and I fit into every single pair of jeans that I own. I even had to buy new work scrubs because my old ones were falling off of me.  If it weren’t for this gym, and for the coaches who nurture success and a camaraderie amongst its members to motivate each other, I know for a fact I would not have had the same results.  Can’t say enough good things about 360Nutrition and the coaches that run it.

I never held myself accountable by giving myself a goal and a deadline prior to 360Nutrition. I feel like I’ve always eaten healthy but without that precise plan and accountability to the coaches, I was always able to slack off and not lose weight.

90 Days on 360Nutrition helped me lose 14 lbs and get back down to my high school weight. I never thought I could get back down to 175 lbs again. I thought that 190lbs would be my natural weight for the rest of my life. It also helped me realize the effects of different types of food on my body. C. How to Enroll

Our nutrition coaching is only available to P360 members, and even so, occurs in blocks of very small sizes to ensure proper attention to each client. Enrollment announcements happen with very little notice, and when we make them, they go fast. Once you become a part of the P360 family, keep your ears open to ensure you claim a spot.

Once we close enrollment, we’ll meet with you one-on-one to formulate plan that works for you and your goals.
