**Membership Forgiveness Program: If you stay as an active member during the quarantine we will credit you with a free month to use at a later time**
We completely understand your concerns over the Coronavurs (COVID-19) pandemic, but we’d ask that you consider not going on hold for the time being and stay an active part of the community from home. We’re programming workouts to do at home (click the members area –> today’s workout to see all workout at home) and use the tracking app to track your workouts with the community.
As a small business, if too many of our members go on hold it could have irreversible financial damage to the gym’s ability to operate as we all know it.
If you are financially stable, we ask that you bypass putting your membership on hold for the time being, continue to be an active part of the community through our home based workouts, tracking and communication. Unfortunately expenses don’t stop when we shut down, so we are asking this in an effort to help us avoid having to close doors permanently as well as continue to help support our coaching staff.
If you are financially at risk, meaning the outbreak has caused you to be financially concerned, we understand putting your membership on hold is a necessity. We are waving the 7-days advance notice requirement and allowing you to suspend your account immediately.
