CLUB FORGED

Club Forged

Club Forged is the highest honor in the gym. A long-term dedicated approach to multiple modalities inside the gym is required to reach club forged and is made up of the top 5% of the gym population. In order to get into Club Forged, you must:

  • Compile 10 points (below) including a minimum of (2) Level 2 Clubs.
  • Complete a membership length of 2 years.
  • Be an upstanding member including being on time, coachable, and a friendly face for both your classmates and coaches.

**As the general achievements of members rise over time, the point requirement will constantly change to reflect the top 5%.

Any Level 1 Club ———– 1 Point
Any Level 2 Club ———- 2 Points
Any Level 3 Club ———- 3 Points
Any Level 4 Club ———- 4 Points
Level 4 Barbell Club ——-6 Points
4 Lift Total —————– 3 Points
(Men: 1,250# / Women: 750# combined Deads, Squat, Clean, Jerk)

Front Squat: Men 300# / Women 175# ———– 1 Point
Snatch: Men 200# / Women: 135# —————- 1 Point
Turkish Get-Up: Men 125# / Women 85# ———1 Point
Overhead Squat (Men 225# / Women 150#) —- 1 Point
1/2 Mile Sprint ————————- ——————1 Point
(Men: sub 2:35 / Women: sub 2:45)
5 Minute Snatch Test  ——————————— 1 Point
(Men: 50 Reps @ 80# / Women: 50 Reps @ 50#)

BARBELL CLUB

In order to qualify for Barbell Club, you must meet the following weight requirements with the combination of your Deadlift and Jerk total, with verification from a coach on each rep.
