THE 5%:
CLUB FORGED

Performance360 Clubs

The “5%”. CLUB FORGED is the highest honor in the gym. A long-term dedicated approach to multiple abilities inside the gym is required to reach our most prestigious achievement club. In order to get into Club Forged, you must:

–Compile 10 Forged Points.

–A minimum of (2) Level 2 Clubs.

–Membership length of 2+ years.

Club Level Points:

Any Level 1 Club = 1 Point
Any Level 2 Club = 2 Points
Any Level 3 Club = 3 Points
Any Level 4 Club = 4 Points
**Level 4 Barbell Club = 6 Points 

Other Points:

Front Squat = 1 Point
Men 300# / Women 175#

Snatch = 1 Point
Men 200# / Women: 135#

Turkish Get-Up = 1 Point
Men 125# / Women 85#

Overhead Squat = 1 Point
Men 225# / Women 150# = 1 Point

1/2 Mile Sprint = 1 Point
Men: sub 2:35 / Women: sub 2:45

5 Minute Snatch Test = 1 Point
Men: 50 Reps @ 80# / Women: 50 Reps @ 50#

MAXIMUS CLUB

Performance360 Pacific Beach Gym

Born at our original Mission Beach gym, MAXIMUS CLUB  is achieved by reaching LEVEL 4 in the BARBELL, PRISON  YARD, MILE, FLIGHT, and ROW clubs.
