Brought to OB in 2018, and proven since 2011 to be highly effective and accessible for any level of need. From 62 pound fat loss to special forces deployment prep, diabetic to weekend warrior, active mom to busy professional, but mostly, the everyday Joe or Jane looking to thoughtfully explore their ability for the very first time.
Monday – Friday: 6a, 11a, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
Saturday: 8a, 9a
