Progressive Strength & Conditioning (PSC) is our no frills, no gimmicks program that’s based on building you up, not tearing you down.
Proven since 2011 to be highly effective and accessible for any level of need. From 62 pound fat loss to special forces deployment prep, diabetic to weekend warrior, active mom to busy professional, but mostly, the everyday Joe or Jane looking to thoughtfully explore their ability for the very first time.
The PSC program uses a progressive model that is measured by performance, guided by structure, and scaled to meet you exactly as you are.
NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.
Our innovative process of getting you started is unique to Performance360 as we do not require the usual high cost, lengthy, restrictive onboarding process that is standard for most other gyms.
Once you’ve joined, you’ll be able to attend classes right away and have your first gym goals clearly outlined for you with a plan on how to complete them. Our PHASE 1 GOAL requirements for all new members are designed to provide initial, attainable goals and to ensure that you learn the basics of movement, safely and effectively.
The result is a new, confident athlete that is trained and ready for all the challenges that Performance360 will provide you.
Lenny Weiner Owner/Coach
An OB resident, Lenny leads our community inside and outside of the gym. Starting out as a member four years ago, Lenny has made the journey from member to coach to now owner of our new Ocean Beach location, and his conviction in our fitness and community shine through in all that he does. Always the most upbeat and positive person in the room, Lenny brings his high energy to his classes, whether he is there as a participant, a coach, or an excited owner.

Julianne Russell Coach
Julianne is the genuine article, starting here as a member in 2013 and undergoing a 40 pound weight loss transformation while developing into one of the strongest members of our community. Julianne has coached over 12,000 classes as a professional, has medaled in multiple lifting meets, and one of only a handful of USAW Level 2 coaches in the country. A consummate teacher through and through, Julianne has experienced all of the failures and successes that come with physical transformation. There is nothing at our gym that Julianne cannot coach, no difficult experience she cannot speak to, and no person she cannot reach.
A background as an athlete and in the military, Adam knows all about commitment yet is anything but unapproachable. Always outgoing, always eager to meet a new face and welcome them to our community, Adam’s ability to communicate his knowledge in a digestible, friendly manner makes him a highly effective coach for complete beginners and high level athletes alike.
Nick started his Assistant Coaching tenure in the Fall of 2018 after attending two Coach Academies. An enthusiastic manner is paired with his unmistakable down to earth, North Carolina approachability. Nick is excited to help everyone he coaches, and we’re sure that you will find his positive outlook as infectious as we do.
