Ashley Pritz Coach Performance360With eight years experience in functional fitness as an athlete and coach, past experience competing on stage in figure competitions, undergraduate education in Nutrition, and certified through the esteemed Precision Nutrition Coaching Program, Coach Ashley brings a balanced and well-rounded perspective based on doing what’s right for each person and creating a sustainable, healthy approach.

Coach Ashley does not believe in short-term results at the cost of health, crash diets that focus on caloric restriction, cleanses, or any other form of temporary results. She takes pride in reaching every person she coaches and figuring out an approach that works best for each unique lifestyle.


Do I have to be present every Thursday?

Encouraged but not required. The more you attend, the better your likelihood of good results.

What results can I expect?

Every person is different and experiences different results. Some tangible averages from our last NUTRITION+ course includes the following average results for those who completed the 11 weeks and consistently recorded scans.

Fat Loss: -9.14 pounds
Muscle Increase: +7 pounds
Reduction in Body Fat %: -4.5% decrease
3R Squat Increase: +25 pounds

While these results will vary, you can absolutely expect to look, feel, and perform much, much better than you ever previously have.

Are meal plans provided?

No! The NUTRITION+ program is designed to teach you habits, not provide you a dependence crutch. However, we will absolutely help you through your meal planning struggles so that you feel ownership and confidence about what goes on your plate.

Are special diet requests taken into consideration?

We have had many different dietary preferences take the course and succeed.

How will coaching occur?

The majority of coaching will occur in person, every Thursday for 11 weeks. Follow up information will be posted on the group Facebook page, and emailed out every week for when you have to miss a week.
