Today’s workout is the old Deck of Cards that we’ve done a few times and an old staple from boot camps that I used to run. While the exercises might change, the principle always stays the same.
We take turns as a class pulling cards from the deck until all 52 are gone. Each card corresponds to an exercise below and when it’s pulled we do eight reps of it..everybody.
For example, say that I start and I pull a 5. We all do eight bicycle crunches. Then, Laura picks and she gets a 9. We all do eight kettlebell curls…make sense?
You’re doing four sets of eight for every exercise on that board it just depends on what order we all draw them.
