Today’s Daily Challenge is a reps circuit with high volume.  All of the reps are fixed except for chin-ups in which we’ll do half the indicated reps for each round.  We will of course have bands to assist for chin-ups for those who need it.

Today’s Outdoor Challenge is a really good kettlebell circuit.  Once you start kettlebell swings, you’ll hold the kettlebell until all reps of each round are completed.  This will be a really good total body circuit!
