Tuesday’s workout is kettlebell-based and will be heavily targeting the core and shoulders with some ancillary leg work. It’s pretty self-explanatory in that we start at 15 reps and then descend in the amount of reps given.

Today’s Surf n’ Turf Boot Camp will be an awesome workout basically taking a page out of “The 600” book, but we are breaking them down into two sets of 50 rather than sets of 100.
