FRI: OB Members of the Month

Zak Smith

Zak comes to P360 with a great athletic background, and an infectious personality. In his membership so far, he has already achieved L1 Box Jump, immediate fat loss, and he seems to improve his conditioning daily. Zak is a staple in the afternoons at OB, always ready to strike up a conversation and encourage those sweating alongside him. We are very stoked to have him as the First Male Member of the Month in OB, and to watch him reach all of his goals moving forward. Congratulations Zak!

What’s a funny story from your childhood?
When I was in middle school, a group of buddies and I were hopping a very tall fence to go swimming at a pool.  One of my friends who has some extra love around the stomach area got his shorts caught on the top of the fence.  While stuck on this 10 ft tall fence we were trying to unhook his shorts, he started screaming from fear of falling with a high pitched voice yelling “help”. While underneath my friend Gunny, Anthony and I were holding him up from completely falling, while laughing at the situation.  It was then we noticed there was already a huge hole on his shorts where all of a sudden we noticed his family jewels hanging right in our faces. Anthony and I then yelled while falling off the fence where Gunny fell right on top of us. We ended up laughing about it the rest of the day and still laugh about it 15 years later.
