FRI: 6th Annual P360 Friendsgiving Tonight
We hope that everyone is looking forward to our Friendsgiving Potluck this evening, and tonight is a great night to bring any donations to the Food Drive since Monday is last call.
7 pm at Crown Point. Bring a dish to share, whatever you want to drink, and of course your appetite.
Your friends and family are more than welcome. Bring whomever you’d like (pups need to stay outside of the gym).
Please remember to take out any dishware, bottles, and anything else you brought in so that you can help us keep the gym clean for Saturday classes.
And lastly…this is a judgement free zone. Go hard.

Complete 1 set every 4 minutes for 20 minutes.

8 DB/KB Thrusters
