Franchising: “How Do I Get Support Outside of San Diego?”

One of our biggest obstacles since we began franchising in 2022 has been in educating the market that Performance360 is not just a local or regional brand. While true, seven out of the ten franchised locations in the past year have come from California, we have several that are out of market and even more lined up for 2023.

The first question in many of our out of market franchising conversations is the title of this article: “How does support work if I am not local to HQ?”

Actually, the answer is pretty simple.

It’s the exact same, with very small and insignificant exceptions.

Here’s why, and here’s how our HQ office supports national markets.

1. All Onboarding is Virtual

This isn’t 1997. We’re not meeting in an office and going through a powerpoint to get you onboarded as a partner. All franchisee partners go through the same phone and online virtual training, regardless of location. This includes a P360 University with videos designed for owners and coaches, complete with final exams, as well as Zoom personal trainings designed to set up your business infrastructure one step at a time.

2. Our Partners Are National

From pairing you with a real estate agent to getting your equipment ordered, our HQ partner brands and humans are scaled nationally so that you aren’t fending for yourself. The only difference for our national partners is that you must do a little more leg work in finding your contractor. However, even in that instance – we will provide site requirements, build out standards, and a tenant profile pack that you simply need to pass along and we’ll help you stay on top of it every step of the way.

We’ll help you find and sign off on your site just as we would if you were local.

3. We Come To You

This happens whether your location is five minutes from HQ or a five hour flight. Our training team comes out to your location before you open to walk the facility, train your coaches, and ensure your operation is P360 ready from top to bottom.

4. Industry Leading Tech
