What To Expect In Your First Class
After you arrive 10 minutes early you’ll be greeted by a friendly Coach, fill out some quick 30 second info, and hang out near the whiteboard for your coach to start the walkthrough.
Next, your Coach will perform a 5-minute presentation of the workout, demo the movements, and explain the format.
After you gather your equipment, you’ll follow a Coach-lead warm-up to prepare you for the workout.
You’ll perform the workout at your own pace with frequent Coach check-ins. If you’re brand new, we have plenty of modifications so it’s “just right.”
After class, you’ll cool down, return your equipment and have a chance to talk about if membership is right for you. No pushy or high pressure sales tactics.
Most of our new members are! No sweat. Our coaches are both friendly and highly trained in modifications and adapting the workout to your level of fitness without being overbearing.
Modifying workouts around injury is something that we regularly need to do, and it’s no problem at all.
All you need are workout shoes and clothes, a water bottle, and a towel if prefer one. We’ll handle the rest.
Yes, every location will have restrooms for changing, as well as filtered water dispensers, and if you need a shower then you are welcome to try our Bay Park location.
