We’re gearing up for an exiting week of “Finals Week” workouts in our current cycle, “Tourist Trap.” Here’s what to expect:
Monday: 2′ Swing Test
Tuesday: 5′ Row Density
Wednesday: 1R or 3R Push Press/Jerk
Thursday: “Around the Horn”
Friday: Back Squat Pro Day
As always, the idea is to select 2-3 that speak to your training goals, and commit hard to them.
