Finals Week: “Fish Fry”

We’re gearing up for an exiting week of “Finals Week” workouts in our current cycle, “Tourist Trap.” Here’s what to expect:

Monday: 1R or 3R Front Squat

Tuesday: 5′ Burpee Density

Wednesday: 1R or 3R Hang Power Clean

Thursday: “Golden Sombrero”

Friday: Chin Up Pro Day

As always, the idea is to select 2-3 that speak to your training goals, and commit hard to them.
