Hope everyone had a great Halloween weekend and got themselves into a little bit of trouble!

Today’s Daily Challenge only has three exercises and is being treated as one large superset.  You will have the ability to customize the weight that you pull on deadlifts, either adding weight as you go down in reps (strength) or staying at a fixed weight and maintaining a higher pace (fat loss).

Today’s Outdoor Challenge is a high rep circuit with four rounds.  A good balance of protocol.
