We’ve got a fun and different one today and actually a couple of nice changes of pace for the whole week.  This is a very full 15-20 minutes.

Let me explain how this is going to work.  You are going to have a dictated amount of weight that you’ll do depending on your strength level and gender.  However long it takes you to do the 50 clean and presses is the amount of time you’ll be doing sit-ups.

For example, if it takes you 3:55 to do the 50 reps then you’ll drop down once you are done and have 3:55 of sets of ten sit-ups.  The same principle holds true for the 50 box jumps then into speed rope.

So, it’s a very full and complete 15-20 minutes of total body work.

The medicine obstacle course is pretty challenging and it’s a great total body aerobic workout outside today.
