Today’s workout doubles for both the Daily and Outdoor Challenge so regardless of which class you choose you will be going through the 30!

This is one of our benchmark workouts if you have yet to experience and is a great way to keep track of your personal progress. You’ll simply use this as a guide for how far you have come and measure it against the last time you did it (~2 months ago) or set a benchmark for yourself if it’s the first time you’ve done it.

10 squats + 10 pushups + 10 sit-ups = 1 round.

  • 15+ = good
  • 20+ = great
  • 25+ = outstanding
