Hopefully everyone had an awesome, fun and safe July 4th weekend. This will probably the most aptly named workout we’ll have all year given the typical July 4th in Mission and PB.
We’ve got a circuit today with some of the superset exercises we often use, so it’s a bit of a hybrid workout. The time, rounds and stations may change depending on the class size but right now we have four rounds with a descending amount of seconds per round (60, 50, 40, 30) with approximately 15-20 seconds rest each round.
Windmill walks is a new one that we’ll review before getting started.
