With week four of “Dark Matter” coming up, you know what that means. Finals week. The opportunity to put your training from the cycle to the test to discover some new abilities, benchmarks, PRs, skills, strengths, and anything in between.

Monday: Find a Heavy 5R or 2R Back Squat
Tuesday: “Frantic” + Prison Yard Club
Wednesday: Find a Heavy 3R or 1R Power Clean
Thursday: 1R KB Strict Press Max
Friday: “Dark Matter” Benchmark Challenge
