COVID-19 CURRENT CLASS OFFERINGS

WE ARE OPEN!

We have a few different training options for all of our members which all include social distancing that goes above CDC recommendations, individual equipment, and regular disinfectant of the space. 

  • Onsite Classes: Gym classes offered all day long at ALL locations. Modified to outdoor space usage. Built to empower.
  • Offsite Classes: Located in Crown Point and with equipment provided that is non-shared. 5:30pm daily.
  • At Home: All members get access to our ‘Grassroots’ app on Train Heroic that features daily workouts and video tutorials.

All membership options grant you access to classes at all gyms, as well as offsite.

Masks are 100% required when you enter and exit the workout, and any time you are outside of your personal workout zone. Masks are not required during the workout. All workouts are outdoors.

We thought you’d never ask! To adapt to COVID-19, we quickly pivoted and built an at-home training app called GRASSROOTS that is included free with all gym memberships. Simply request access after joining and you’ll be part of the 250+ in our global online community.

BAY PARK

About
Our Bay Park classes are performed completely outside in our back parking lot behind our gym. They feature 15 individual stations located roughly ten feet apart when standing in them.

PACIFIC BEACH

About
Our Pacific Beach gym classes feature (3) rotating stations that have (4) people in them for a total of (12) people in the class. You will select your own kettlebells or dumbbells for each workout and not share it at any point. You will be completely outdoors 75% of the time and just “inside” the gym under the garage door roll-up 25% of the time (within immediate proximity to the outdoors).

OCEAN BEACH

About
Our Ocean Beach gym classes feature 12 individual stations of (12) people in the class. You will be working outside as well as just “inside” the gym under the garage door roll-ups (within immediate proximity to the outdoors).

IN THE PARK: ‘OFFSITE’

Centrally located and easily accessible.

These workouts are located outdoors and are centered around plyometrics and resistance bands, which are provided for you.
