Today’s workout is heavily focused on the core/trunk area.  Even squats, which aren’t a traditional ‘core exercise’ demand that your abdominal muscles fire non-stop in order to stabilize your upper body.  You’re core will be worked pretty good today!

Blast-offs are another crazy variation of the sit-up that we invented in the P360 lab.  We think you’re going to like it, or possibly hate it.  But either way it’s going to change and strengthen your body.
