5′ WEIGHTED PLANK

The following score is the amount of weight you add to your plank and the seconds that you hold it (5’cap). For example, if you hold a 3 minute (180 seconds) weighted plank with 15# on your back, your score is 2,700.

THE 1%:
CLUB FORGED

Performance360

The “1%”. CLUB FORGED is the highest honor in the gym. A long-term dedicated approach to multiple abilities inside the gym is required to reach our most prestigious achievement club. In order to get into Club Forged you must have attended 500 classes and accumulated 30 Club Points.

You earn 1 point per level of Club you enter. For example, if you enter Pull-Ups Level 2, you earn 2 points. Back Squat Level 1, you earn 1 point. Etc.
