Today’s Daily Challenge is a partner workout in which you’ll trade reps until you and your partner reach the 150 required to move onto the next station.  There is a cap of 20 reps at a time per person, and you’ll simply alternate back and forth counting total reps completed between you and your partner until your combo total reaches 150.

Today’s Bay Boot Camp mirrors a bit of an indoor circuit that we might do going off the clock, eight stations each set up for 45 seconds, going right on down the list for three total rounds.
