Good morning, everyone.  Hope you all had a great Labor Day weekend and are ready to enjoy the short work week.

Today’s Daily Challenge is a timed circuit.  Three times through with 45 second stations each time.  This could change depending on class size, but here are the nuts and bolts.

If you still are new to Bay Boot Camps you should definitely give them a try this week.  I got out there and joined the Saturday class and it absolutely kicked my ass.  Great workout and important change of pace if you are typically a Daily Challenge’r only.
