Today’s workout has a little bit of everything. The overall pace of the workout will automatically work towards conditioning and leaning out, but the nature of the compound exercises will also allow you to customize your workout if you want to hit on strength or muscle growth, as well. It’s a good one and we think you’re going to “like” it.
