How Will P360 Training Help You?

In every Performance360 workout you will be coached, supervised and educated. Our training is based around small group classes, professional coaches and a welcoming environment for all levels to succeed and reach individual goals.
The typical P360 workout is 40 minutes using a multi-tiered approach. In each workout, you will move fast, slow and speeds in between, accomplishing a variety of goals in a single training session including fat burning, strength building, athletic improvement and cardiovascular conditioning.
Our movement foundations is pooled from the best, most proven training disciplines. Principles from Olympic weightlifting, traditional Russian kettlebell, powerlifting, military style calisthenics, gymnastics, boot camps, plyometrics and yoga.
We are not a typical gym. Our focus is on not just your results, but your safety and education.
