Bay Park Members of the Month (BLOCK 1)

Congratulations to our inaugural members of the month in Bay Park, representing BLOCK 1 of 2020. Get to know these deserving winners from our community below.

Kimberly Gutstein

“Kim has been a standout since we opened in October. She came in with an already elevated ability level, but I don’t really care about that. She is super quiet, but she’s also incredibly friendly, talks to her fellow classmates, takes coaching extremely well and works hard no matter what’s written on the board. When you see Kim’s name on your coaching roster you know you’re going to have a worthwhile hour, and she’s helped many other folks in her class develop confidence to try harder just by rubbing off on them. Love having Kim.” -Coach Dave

Where are you from and what do you do for work?
I’m from Bakersfield, CA. I’m a high school math teacher. 29 years young.

I joined P360 because I was looking for challenging workouts, a great community, and flexible scheduling.

Definitely being selected as member of the month.

What gym movements do you love doing and why?
Cleans and front squats because of how technical they are.

Teleporting.

What is an embarrassing story about yourself?
I was in an Uber with friends after a long day of drinking. I took a quick power nap, still in the Uber. When I woke I shouted to the Uber driver “turn left.” We were not supposed to turn left. Then my friends yelled “Nooo. Don’t turn left.” Then I fell back asleep. They never let me live it down.

Hiren Patel

“Hiren is one of the most consistent 6 am attendees that we have, ever since we opened. He’s starting to push himself more and more and you can see the progress he’s making on the bar and what’s in his hands every class. He is always chatting with new members and trials, and generally wants to be friendly to every new face. He’s great to coach and have in class.” -Coach Mark

Where are you from and what do you do for work?
I’m from England originally, work as a car designer, and 40 years old

What caused you to join P360?
