Where are you from, and what brought you to San Diego?
I’m originally from Seattle, lived on the east coast and then in Mumbai, India before making it to San Diego to live close to family.
What are you most looking forward to about coaching at Performance360?
Helping people grow and learn brings me a ton of joy. I’m also just pumped to get to know a lot more people in our community!
What do you hope to accomplish with your coaching?
I hope to help people discover that your body is capable of more than you think.
What should people expect with your coaching style?
My goal is always to meet each person where you’re at, build trust, and have fun.
What are your personal philosophies with fitness and nutrition?
I believe in listening to my body and my mind, sometimes that means fewer days with weights in my hand and more days on the yoga mat. With nutrition I try not to sweat it too much, a while ago I discovered that I needed to eat a lot more than I was at the time which both gave me more energy in the gym and I was generally in a better mood, so I try to stick to solid amounts of meat & veggies as my base.

What’s a fun fact about yourself people would be surprised to learn?
I love to knit – I recently finished my first blanket!
