Today’s workout hits our major compound exercises and hits ’em often.  Expect to go home after the workout knowing every muscle was worked and glycogen depleted.

Today’s Surf n’ Turf Boot Camps is plyometric based with many jumps and open-chain work.  It’s a good one that’s very efficient by nature and will leave you worked!
