Today’s Daily Challenge is going to be a bit of a mystery until you get to the gym.  I can tell you that we have eight exercises and that we’re doing 40 reps for each.  One time through.  For time.  Bring your headband and water bottle!

We’ll give you a hint.  First class best time was 10:11 and all the way up to 17:20.  So, I can tell you confidently that it’s not a marathon 🙂
