When Does it Start and End?

The Challenge will run October 1 – October 31st.  While the challenge ends October 31, new members will automatically be enrolled into a month-to-month membership thereafter.

How Does It Work?

While the principles will remain the same, we’ve made a few adjustments in the tracking, so for you guys repeating your second Challenge make sure you read up.

It’s simple.  You commit yourself to clean eating and hard training for 30 days and watch the improvements take care of themselves.  Participants can focus on either or both Fat Loss or Performance, as explained below.  You will accumulate points for your accomplishments and at the very end we’ll have winners for each category and an overall Transformation Champion, but the real focus here is simply on your own individual improvement and dedication.

We will have two main categories.

Fat Loss OR Muscle Growth

This category will be for anyone who wants to focus on fat loss for a month.

  1. Total Fat Loss/Muscle Growth – as measured by pounds lost/gained on the scale.
  2. Percentage Fat Loss –  total pounds lost divided by starting weight.

You will receive 3 points for every pound of weight loss or muscle gain.

Performance

This category will be for current members who want to focus on their performance and training output.  Pre-qualified new members can participate so long as they posses adequate background in the movements.  Otherwise, new members who purchase below will simply be learning, getting stronger and laying a safe foundation for the future.

  1. Any PR — 10 points
  2. Any Club Achievement — 15 points

Is There a Prize?

Yes, we will have small prizes for the category winners as well as a Grand Prize to the person who accumulates the most points.  However, this Transformation Challenge is not about winning and losing.  We want to encourage everyone to dedicate themselves to the best results possible and healthiest version of themselves for 30 days.

We want people to take a look introspectively and push themselves on a new level.  This month is all about community, pushing one another, motivating each other and collectively improving on an individual level.
