The Performance360™ Coach Academy is how we build and maintain our unique coaching culture, having taken those without experience and turned them into successful and highly sought after coaches at P360, and parts over the world.

This immersive weekend takes coaches through our Collaborative Coach ideology, focusing on strength of coaching through effective communication, practical knowledge, and leadership principles. Students will enjoy a thorough 2-day weekend covering training and coaching philosophy, technical skill sets, practical application, and the core areas of focus for how to run an effective Performance360™ class experience.

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?

The P360 Coach Academy fills a gaping hole in the industry: application.

Too many certifications out there focus on cramming you with knowledge and omit the actual skill of putting that knowledge into practice. After all, what good is knowing how to bake a cake if you can’t replicate it consistently at a high standard for 20 people?

WHAT TO EXPECT?

The Academy provides 2-day access with our ownership and top staff, including personal instruction from our Director of Coaching Development, John Main. The Academy balances learning and doing in an environment that facilities active learning.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Make no mistake. The Academy exists to prepare those members who hope to go from no experience to Coach at P360. However, historically at least half of our participants are outside coaches who hope to enhance their skills and curious minds who simply want a look behind the P360 curtain. All are appropriate and welcome.

AM I HIRED AFTER I ATTEND?

The decision to attend the Academy should not carry the expectation of employment at P360. However, when our locations add coaches, we always look to Academy graduates first as this shows both clear initiative and a strong foundation. It is recommended if you’d like to pursue coaching, here.
