Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach, Ashley Pritz, will take clients through 12 weeks of in-person coaching to drive fat loss through effective nutritional habits and lifestyle choices.

Joining her on staff  for this 12-week program is full time nutrition coach and P360 member, Emily Willhoft.

DETAILS:

This is an in-person coaching program where you will meet multiple times over the course of the 3-months getting both group and personalized help. If you are unable to attend one or a few of the sessions in-person, you will get the materials emailed to you afterwards.

Attending the in-person meetings is not a requirement, but highly suggested for more personalized coaching and accountability.
