- Goblet Complex: 1 Front Squat + 1 Reverse Lunge (R) + 1 Reverse Lunge (L)
- Pushups: Focus on squeezing the glutes, locking the knees out and moving your body as one single unit. This is essentially a moving plank.
- 500m Weighted Run: Just a single light DB. Hold how you wish.
