We are going to be doing the Del Mar Mud Run in October as a gym.  It’s going to be an awesome time so let us know throughout the course of the next couple of weeks if you think it’s something you’d want to join.

Happy Wednesday, friends.  Yesterday’s workout proved to be challenging, and much respect to those members who completed it!  Everybody worked really hard and it was great to see people really dig deep and challenge themselves.  Here is today’s Daily Challenge.

A reminder on why we do deadlifts.

  • They work approximately 12 sets of muscles in our bodies which makes it unbelievably effective for either fat loss, strength or muscle growth depending on the rep range you choose.
  • It’s one of the best posture and core exercises available to us.
  • Performing deadlifts improves body composition more than any exercises I have seen to date.
