What is P360?
P360 is a gym and a community. It is a house built upon collaborative ideals, represented by a combined 22 years of training knowledge and experimentation on what works and what doesn’t. We do not run a set program that’s applied to the masses, instead focusing on the individual and the route one specifically needs for their specific goals, sport or physical demands.
Who do we train?
P360′s collective membership has many faces. We have professional athletes, we have novices and absolutely everything in between. We do not care about your current level of fitness, are not more impressed with advanced folks than we need to be nor we do talk down to or belittle first timers. Our members share a common thread that they want to work hard and better themselves regardless of what motivates each person to train.
How do I get started?
We require a one-week free trial that we treat as our introduction to Performance360. We do not like throwing people blindly into a membership since you need to make sure we are a fit for you, and vice versa. We do not charge for this introduction.
Yes. We proudly boast the single largest public parking lot for any gym at the beach at over 100 spots at your disposal.
A resounding, “NO”. You’ll be coached and pushed for your individual capacity, first timer to competitive athlete.
Most classes are between 8-15 members.
We offer select hours throughout the day if you cannot make a class.
Unlimited Memberships include access to every class that we teach and our Lean & Mean Meal Plan.

You can change the frequency and time during any given week. It’s completely custom and based on what workouts you enjoy. You will manage your account and schedule via our online registration system.
Yes. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it will do just fine.
By nature, the training at P360 does not employ the bodybuilding “slow and grow” approach. The workouts are circuit based and scientifically proven to make you burn pounds of unwanted body fat, increase healthy lean body mass, and make you strong and lean. If you want to get bulkier without a focus on performance then we recommend another gym.
Absolutely. Expect your strength to go up as much as 200% in some areas.

Yes, we offer private coaching for 1-3 people. Advanced Meal Coaching is included for every private training client and results are guaranteed.
We customize every athlete’s training for their individual sport and positional demands. Read about our training for professional and amateur athletes.
Some examples include BBQs, happy hours, movie screenings, bar crawls, team competitions, brewery field trips, limo night with the owners, Padres games, P360 5Ks charity events, fundraisers, holiday and themed parties and all suggestions from our members.
You are free to leave at any time with 30 days notice. We do not require contracts or long-term commitments of any kind. You will always be on month-to-month unless you opt for the discounted one-year membership paid in full up front. That is non-refundable.
