We believe that exceptional results can be achieved no matter the age, gender or level of one’s fitness. We have 62 year-old men training alongside female professional triathletes. We have overweight women training three feet from athletic 25 year-old men. It makes no difference at Performance360 as we are all working together and supporting one another in the common cause of fitness advancement.
All workouts are scaled and your training will be dictated by your individual goal. There is no assembly line in place at Performance360 since last we checked, human beings are individuals that require customized attention and coaching.
Expect to use your body in its most primal sense, challenging it to do a variety of pushing, pulling, lifting, sprinting, throwing and jumping.
From seasoned competitive athletes to hesitant first timers, Performance360 is a house where you will absolutely exit the doors dramatically leaner, stronger and more athletic than you entered.
