We believe in local economies.  We believe in supporting American-made products just as much as we do our neighborhood farmer’s markets.  Remaining a local, independent start-up is something we are not only proud of but depend on for our success.  The organic nature of our business grants us the freedom to focus on thing and one thing only.  Results for our members through informed coaching and the right touch of motivation.

We are privately owned and independently operated.  There are no sales quotas, scripts, investor dividends, board of directors or any other ulterior motives for us to answer to other than those who pay us to train here.

Our sole objective is to create individuals that are just as much ‘go’ as they are ‘show’.  With an emphasis on functional fitness kicked up a notch, our members are not just built for show, but built to perform and at a high level.  We ask a lot and give it back tenfold in the form of life changing results.

While my partner Bryan and I are both committed to lifestyles that maximize individual fitness and performance, we’ll never be the type to scold you for straying from the plan.  You’re just as likely to find us in the gym pushing ourselves to the brink as you are to find us hosting a BBQ for our members.

It’s the policy of “walk the walk.  Talk the talk.  Shoot straight”.  Our balance is one of health, performance fitness and play and that’s exactly what’s promoted to each and every member.
