Membership Hold

FILLING OUT THIS FORM WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. THIS IS FOR A TEMPORARY HOLD ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Membership holds can only be processed for month-to-month memberships. If you are on a contract, there are no holds allowed.

Membership hold requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before you’d like your hold to begin. Membership holds can be up to 90 days from your hold START date. Membership will re-activate on your selected hold END date and membership payments will resume.

If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the normal 30-day cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement will be applied. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable.

Hold Request

  • The start date must be at least 7 days from today.
  • You are allowed a hold up to 90 days. Select a date up to 90 days from your hold START date.
  • Enter the reason you are putting your account on hold.
