A couple of quick notes before we get into today’s Daily & Outdoor Challenges.

First, we have Power Hour tonight for those who want a bit more coaching and focus with strength training.  Tonight’s power hour workout is going to have three variations of deadlifts.  Your pulling weakness (floor, lockout, midway) will determine which deadlift variation you are prescribed.  In addition, we’re going to have plyometric bench press set-up for upper body strength.

Second, Black Ops last night was awesome.  We had the lights killed except for those above the chalkboard, music cranked and a very challenging workout.  Had six brave souls doing the workout with Prtiz and I and I loved the vibe.

Today’s Dauly Challenge.

Since the rain essentially wiped out the Outdoor Challenge yesterday, we’re rolling back CorePoration again for you guys.
