Notes:

  • Keep your elbows at 45 degrees on bench press.  Take the bar down to the sternum for complete ROM.
  • Drive your feet well outside of your shoulders on KB sumo deadlifts.  Point your toes slightly outward and maintain a neutral grip with wrists facing each other.
