Beginner/Intermediate

  • Hang Cleans – 5 x 5

 

Proficient

  • Clean & Jerk – 5 x 2

For each set, you will perform 2 clean & jerks, but you will jerk the weight twice on each rep.  So, SET 1.

Power clean. Jerk.  Reset front rack. Jerk again.
Power clean. Jerk.  Reset front rack. Jerk again.

Then,

Forrest Gump for time (optional).  Ensure coach is alerted at start and finish time.
